This exclusive, luxury travel yarn club is full of wonderous sights and – as always – a bit of Wonderland fun. Come explore the galaxy, wander among stars, planets, and other exotic space vistas each month. Celebrate their colors on limited edition luxury yarn bases, too!
Each month's Club selection includes: a one-of-a-kind skein of luxury yarn dyed to go with the theme, a postcard designed by NASA describing the planet that inspired the colorway, a space-themed magnet, and a special extra bonus that will change each month! These yarns are limited in quantity, order yours now!
First planet: The First Exoplanet; the yarn is 310 yards/100g of a 63% silk/23% kid mohair/11% nylon/3% lurex blend dyed in luscious shades of red, maroon, pink. The yarn is lustrous due to the fiber content, and the addition of the lurex really makes it sparkle! There's also a secret bonus skein of yarn included with this month's club selection!
Second Planet: PSO J318.5-22; the yarn is 205 yards/100g, a 50% silk/50% merino blend. It is dyed in mysterious shades of greys and purples and has a soft sheen. And speaking of soft, this yarn feels incredibly soft and smooth, perfect for wearing up against your skin. Recommended needle sizes are US #7-8, I'm thinking this will make an amazing cowl! Last but not least, this month's secret gift is something edible!
Third Planet: Jupiter; The colors for these amazing alpaca/silk blend skeins are inspired by the aurora seen on the NASA postcard. 👩🚀🚀 305 yards/200g, 70% alpaca/30% silk. This month’s kit comes with a special yarn-inspired sheep keychain, adorable!
Fourth Planet: Super Earth, HD 40307g; This might be my favorite colorway of the Tour so far! Laceweight, 72% superfine kid mohair/28% silk, 902 yards/100g. Shades of blues, green and yellows with the added sheen from the fibers, it is just gorgeous! This month's added bonus is "space jam"!
Fifth Planet: Earth, the Oasis in Space! This is a DK weight yarn composed of 70% merino, 15% yak, and 15% silk. So smooth and luxurious! The dyer chose to leave the natural colors of the fibers showing, and added speckles of colors pulled from the earth NASA postcard for added blips of color. This month's bonus is something everyone can use, a felted accessory bag with a little robot felted onto it!
