Refund policy

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. Only undamaged, original condition items may be returned.

Yarn may only be returned in it's original packaging. If it has been unskeined and rewound it may not be returned. It the yarn has an odor (smoke, pets, etc), or is damaged in any way, it cannot be returned.

Needles, hooks and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.

Sale items may not be returned.
